Today's workforce is increasingly global and teams are made up of individuals from many different countries. By building awareness of diverse leadership styles and cultural perspectives, participants will learn to:
Enhance communication: Understand how cultural norms influence interactions. Cultivate the ability to navigate cultural nuances for more effective feedback.
Foster collaboration: Encourage open dialogue and reduce friction between team members and/or clients.
Each Workshop is typically two hours for teams of 15-20 people. In-person workshops are ideal but virtual workshops are also possible. Wherever you are, I can make myself available: Toronto, New York, Singapore, Lisbon? I travel!
