Her expertise has benefited teams at Google and a diverse range of clients across many industries. Vivian's cultural leadership journey began in 2018, sparked by Dr. Erin Meyer's "The Culture Map." This book ignited a personal exploration of her own cultural identity, shaped by her Asian upbringing in Canada.
As the Head of Deals and Creative Works for Google Canada, Vivian is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and psychologically safe work environments. A graduate of the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and the "Leading Across Borders & Cultures" program at INSEAD, Vivian brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to her work.
